We use your information to create and manage your account, understand your apartment search, send text messages (SMS and iMessage) you requested, deliver listing alerts, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We do not use text messaging data obtained through the service for purposes unrelated to supporting your ApartmentHunter3000 messaging experience.

Text messages are delivered as SMS through mobile carriers and as iMessage through Apple's infrastructure. Your use of those channels is also governed by your carrier's and Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

We may share data with service providers that help us host the website, store account data, deliver messages, process apartment listings, and operate support. These providers may only use the data to provide services to us.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Do not send payment card numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive identifiers to ApartmentHunter3000.
