These Terms are between you and Itempass BV, doing business as ApartmentHunter3000.

ApartmentHunter3000 helps you describe an apartment search and receive matching listing alerts by text message (iMessage or SMS).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for deciding whether any listing, landlord, broker, or property is right for you.

By opting in on the website or by texting ApartmentHunter3000, you agree to receive text messages (iMessage or SMS) about your apartment search, including setup messages, listing alerts, account/login messages, and support replies.

Message frequency varies based on your search and listing activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOPHUNTING at any time to opt out.

Do not use ApartmentHunter3000 for illegal, misleading, abusive, spammy, or harmful activity.

Do not submit apartment-search requests or messages that discriminate or express a preference based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, citizenship, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic condition, or any other protected characteristic.

ApartmentHunter3000 does not guarantee that listing data is complete, accurate, available, or free of errors.

You should verify price, availability, fees, lease terms, property details, and legitimacy directly with the listing source, landlord, property manager, or broker before taking action.

Eligible customers may receive a seven-day free trial. If you select a weekly or yearly subscription, Stripe will display the recurring price before you confirm your trial.

Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, your selected subscription automatically renews and Stripe charges the displayed price at the selected weekly or yearly interval until cancellation.

You can cancel before the free trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the end of a paid subscription period to avoid the next renewal. Cancelling during a free trial ends Access Pass access immediately. Cancelling after a subscription payment takes effect at the end of the paid period, and paid-through access continues until then.

Payments made after a free trial are non-refundable.
